Muscari inconstrictum (also known as Pseudomuscari inconstrictum) is a distinctive bulbous perennial native to the Eastern Mediterranean, stretching from Cyprus through Turkey and Syria to Iraq and Iran. It is particularly noted for its dark, "unconstricted" flowers that differentiate it from more common grape hyacinths
