Bulbomads are the original growers of Rhodohypoxis and Galanthus in South Africa. Established in 2015, we've since been working to grow rare bulbs from fascinating places and habitats from around the world, as well as growing indigenous bulbs from the summer and winter rainfall zones of South Africa. Some of our main lines include: Arisaema, Cyclamen, Galanthus, Helleborus, Nerine, Oxalis, Rhodohypoxis, Rhodoxis, Scilla, terrestrial orchids and more.

Instead of using common names, we use Latin binomial names for genus and species, to remove any ambiguity that may creep in when looking at different genera or species when using their common names, and indeed when translating common names into different languages.​​

AVAILABILITY

Dormant dry packed bulbs ready for planting will be available in:

AUTUMN (March) for winter/spring flowering bulbs.

WINTER (July) for Liliums and early summer bulbs.

SPRING (August) for summer/autumn flowering bulbs.​​
